**Return Policy for Omni SecureIT LLC**
We have a 30-day service satisfaction policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing our services to request a resolution for any issues related to the service provided.
To be eligible for a resolution, your request must relate to an unfulfilled or unsatisfactory service delivery. Please provide the original proof of purchase, details of the service received, and the reasons for your request.

**Damages and Issues**
Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service, if it has not met your expectations, or if there was an error in the delivery of our services. We will evaluate the issue and offer potential resolutions, such as additional support, re-performing the service, or providing a partial refund if applicable.
**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
Certain types of services cannot be refunded, such as custom projects or consultations where the service has already been completed to specifications. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific service.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests for discounted services or promotions.
**Alternative Resolutions**
To prevent misunderstandings or litigation, we aim to offer alternative resolutions, including but not limited to:
- **Additional Support**: Providing extra support or service time to meet expectations.
- **Service Credit**: Offering credit towards future services as compensation.
- **Re-Performance of Services**: Re-performing part or all of the service to meet agreed standards.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request, and let you know if a refund or alternative resolution was approved. If a refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
